Valuation
We can carry out an independent valuation of the business you are hoping to buy.
Charges – Our fees start at £595 + VAT for the valuation of the business goodwill for one pharmacy

• Calculate the true purchase costs for you
• Prepare a cash flow forecast for the first 12 months of your ownership
• Help you with obtaining your finance and structuring it in the most effective way
• Structure and prepare your offer proposal
• Be there to support you and offer advice throughout the process of buying your pharmacy

Charges – If you purchase the pharmacy, our fee is 3% of the purchase price subject to a minimum of £5,000 + VAT.  If the purchase doesn’t go through, then our fees are £3,000 + VAT.

We can advise on how to structure your business to minimise your tax liabilities.
Charges – The fees will depend on the work required but we are always happy to provide a fee estimate once we have details of your particular circumstances.
