Anne Hutchings - Managing DirectorAnne has specialised in the pharmacy market for over 25 years and is the only pharmacy agent who is a tax expert. This gives Hutchings Consultants an edge over other pharmacy agents who do not have this expertise. Anne says there are three important components to a pharmacy sale:
• Obtaining the best price
• Negotiating the best terms and conditions of sale
• Minimising our clients tax liability
Anne relishes the challenge of negotiating the perfect sale to achieve the maximum results in each of the areas mentioned above.
Away from the office, Anne likes to relax with a good crime novel and spending time with her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Olly & Leo. She is also a big tennis fan.
Scott Hayton - DirectorDuring his time at Hutchings, Scott has built up a substantial portfolio of pharmacy business sales and has played a key role in developing the valuation and consultancy arm of the business. Scott always tries to evaluate all of the options available to his clients to ensure that they are making an informed decision about their business, after all these are some of the most important decisions of their lives!
Outside of the office, Scott enjoys socialising with friends, film & cinema and keeping as fit as his busy schedule will allow!
Linda Drabwell – Business Development ConsultantLinda has been complimented on her friendly, helpful and professional approach. Linda has successfully dealt with many pharmacy sales over the years and is instrumental in building a successful client base across the UK. Linda also oversees the Pharmacy Team training to ensure the best possible service is given to our clients at all times.
Other interests – Linda enjoys socialising, going to the theatre and spending time with her family and dog Bertie.
Luke Williams - Senior Pharmacy ConsultantLuke is passionate about every sale he takes on. His excellent negotiating skills and knowledge, along with a hands on but calm attitude, ensures a stress-free experience for our clients. Luke’s friendly approach builds a great rapport between clients and buyers alike and always goes the extra mile to make sure the deal completes.
Out of the office, Luke is an avid football supporter of a premiership team.
Alan Akerman – Senior Pharmacy ConsultantAlan relishes in providing an exceptional level service to his clients with a very friendly and trustworthy manner. Alan is extremely organised, calm and efficient at sorting out any queries, no matter how big or small.
Outside of the office, Alan is a big keep fit fanatic by going to the gym every day, as well as enjoying golf and football.
Paul Steet – Senior Pharmacy ConsultantPaul is very pro-active and is used to multi-tasking to keep driving through sales. He firmly believes that excellent communication is the key to building trust and ensuring a successful outcome for his clients.
Other interests – Paul has a young family and devotes most of his spare time to family activities. However, he enjoys running and at weekends he also helps coach his son’s football team.
Ryan Smith - Senior Pharmacy ConsultantRyan relishes a challenge and always strives to do things to the very best level. Ryan has great negotiating skills and he enjoys communicating with clients and all the parties involved to keep the sale on track.
Other interests - Ryan loves playing and watching football and has a keen interest in cars and property.
Andy Woodwark - Pharmacy ConsultantAndy is a real team player, using strong networking, market analysis and problem solving skills to provide excellent and honest advice, whilst achieving the best possible price for vendors. Andy believes the key to a stress-free transaction is maintaining communication and a calm attitude.
Other interests – Andy spends some of his spare time watching rugby and has a keen interest in property, architectural history, cars and restoring furniture.
Matteo Mazza - Pharmacy ConsultantMatteo has 20 years’ experience in customer service and sales. He started working in commercial sales after he sold a successful family business. Matteo values working in partnership with clients by tailoring each transaction to their individual needs and negotiating the best price for them.
Outside of the office, Matteo loves going out to local restaurants with his family and enjoys keeping fit so he can keep up with his young daughter!
Kate Lovelace – Marketing ManagerKate develops our marketing strategies and goals. Kate has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and event management. She loves multi-tasking, developing key client relationships, creative thinking and most of all, delivering projects on time.
Other interests - Kate spends most of her spare time running around after her three girls but when she can, she enjoys swimming and socialising over a glass of wine!
Janine Gregory – AdministrationJanine is usually the first person you speak to you when calling Hutchings. She’s been told she has a very friendly, diligent and caring attitude making you feel at ease. She looks after the administrative side of things and enjoys the variety and challenge that the position offers.
Outside the office, Janine enjoys travelling, cooking and long walks when she has time!
Alison Reeves – IT and admin back upAlison has been with the company from the start. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business which enables her to provide administrative, marketing and IT support. Alison is an asset to the firm and is passionate about providing customers with the highest level of service.
Alison’s hobbies include organic gardening, (the Hutchings team benefiting from a range of home grown fayre) golf and photography.
